Abigail Pessen started her dispute resolution firm in 2000, after more than twenty years as a litigator at a New York City law firm. She mediates complex business, employment, and family disputes,and serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association's Large, Complex Case and Commercial Panels.
